RE: Greystone Cove (Formerly Costa Do Sol): Minor Amendment
Dear Jeff:
Submitted herewith is an application to slightly modify the approved site plan for Costa Do Sol. This
request is to replace the Plan 1 on Lots 36 and 100 with a Plan 2. The Plan 1 is a single story plan and the
Plan 2 is a two story plan. The purpose of making this change is to allow for a larger useable rear yard for
the subject lots. The Plan 1 has a larger footprint and utilizes more of the rear yard area than the Plan 2.
We have received a considerable amount of negative feedback from potential homebuyers regarding the
small rear yard area on these two particular lots. The Plan 2 fits much better on the lot and allows for a
larger rear yard.
Three Precise Grading Plans depicting the revised plotting are submitted with this application for your
approval. If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter, please call me at your earliest
convenience.
