This request is to re-plot different plan types on the following lots: LOT CURRENT PLAN PROPOSED PLAN 71 23 74 1 4 89 23 92 24 The purpose of the proposed modification to the approved site plan is due to the marketing impact on the subject lots with the currently approved plan types. The proposed floor plans are consistent with the approved Planned Development Permit 92-01.
