Minor Amendment To Site Plan
Dear Jeff:
This letter accompanies a PUD Amendment application to modify the approved site plan for the
above referenced project. This request is to re-plot different plan types on the following lots:
LOT CURRENT PLAN PROPOSED PLAN
21 1 2R
52 1 2R
The purpose of the proposed modification to the approved site plan is due to lack of demand for
the currently approved plan types. The proposed floor plans are consistent with the approved
Planned Development Permit 92-01.
Three Precise Grading Plans depicting the revised plotting are submitted with this application for
your approval. Also included with this submittal is a check in the amount of $440.00. Please call
