1. Please describe the project site, including distinguishing natural and manmade characteristics.
Also provide precise slope analysis when a slope of 15* or higher and 15% grade or greater
is present on the site.
The project consists of three existing freestanding cone, tilt-up buildings located on 9.7 acres.
The site is landscaped and the topography is flat.
2. Please describe energy conservation measures incorporated into the design and/or operation
of the project.
The buildings have been designed and constructed with energy conservation characteristics.
The walls are constructed of 6* concrete. The roof has foil insulation and the glazing is
equipped with window coverings.
3. PLEASE ATTACH A PROJECT SUMMARY SHEET WHICH SHOWS THE FOLLOWING:

The type of industries which occupy the eight buildings range from light
manufacturing facilities to warehousing. Less than 30% of the building area is
currently used for office purposes. Estimated ADT is 3,176 which is much lower in
reality.

employment per shift, estimated occupancy, loading facilities, and community benefits
to be derived from the project.
