RE: RP 01-13/CDP 01-40 - Knock Out Pizzeria Outdoor Dining Area
Dear James:
On February 19, 2002 the Housing and Redevelopment Director conditionally
approved Administrative Redevelopment Permit No. RP 01-13 and Coastal
Development Permit No. CDP 01-40 for property located at 2959 Carlsbad Blvd. The
decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director is subject to a ten (10) day appeal
period. The appeal period has lapsed and no appeals were filed.
Attached is a copy of the approved permit authorizing the addition of a railing to enclose
an outdoor eating area and the installation of tables and chairs to the existing patio on
the east and north sides of the existing restaurant. Please review all conditions
carefully. Violation of the conditions could result in revocation of this permit. Our
records indicate the Traffic Impact Fees have been paid, therefore satisfying Condition
No. 6.
