B Carlsbad, CA 92008-2389 Dear Austin: We received your letter informing us that the insurance for the sidewalk sign for Pacific Coast Printing will expire December 18, 2005. However, we have been unable to use the sign, due to the fact that it is blocking a large portion of the sidewalk making it hard for pedestrians to pass. Therefore, we will not renew the insurance for the sign because the sign is no longer being used. Thank you for your courtesy notice. Sincecely, Karen Gibson Pacific Coast Printing Citv of Carlsbad Housing & Redevelopment Department November 1,2002 Pacific Coast Printing 3021 State St. Carlsbad CA 92008 RE: Current Insurance Certificate for Sidewalk Sign Dear Pacific Coast Printing: Our records indicate that you were issued Permit #02-35 for a Sidewalk Sign that is located within the public right-of-way.
