FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (IF APPLICABLE) Page 1 of 2 The following findings have been made in order to approve the Administrative Redevelopment Permit for the change in use from retail to commercial copy service on property located at 3021 State Street: 1. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is consistent with the policies, goals and action programs set forth within the Carisbad General Pian. 2. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is consistent with aii applicabie deveiopment standards and land use policies set forth within the Viiiage Master Plan and Design Manual and Viiiage Redevelopment Plan. 3. The commercial service use is not likely to negativeiy impact existing or planned retail continuity in the area, as the proposed use wiil compliment the customer base of retail uses in the area by bringing more people to the area. The use provides services for drop-in customers to meet the needs of residents and visitors alike. 6.
