Re: Approval of Outdoor Dispiay Permit
Dear Elana:
Thank you for submitting your application for an Outdoor Display Permit. Your
application has been approved. Attached is a copy of the approved permit for your
records. Please note, the approved permit allows an outdoor (display as described in
the attached permit and depicted on the corresponding site plan.
The attached permit allows you to retain your outdoor display for; 1) as long as the
Housing and Redevelopment Commission allows outdoor displays to remain, 2) as long
as the outdoor display continues to meet the standards outlined within the attached
Outdoor Business Display - Location and Development Criteria, and 3) as long as the
outdoor display is consistent with this permit approval. A Certificate of Insurance is not
required as long as the outdoor display remains on private property. Most importantlv.
vour outdoor displav must be placed within the 3' x 6' area as shown on the attached
site plan in order to meet the Citv's reauirements for outdoor displavs.
