The decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director is subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The appeal period has elapsed and no appeals were filed. Attached, is a copy of the approved permit authorizing the demolition of the existing single-car detached garage and the construction of a new single-car garage attached the existing residence. Please review all conditions carefully. Violation of the conditions could result in revocation of this permit. Having completed the land use review process, your building permit may now be issued.
