Dear George & Jackye:
On January 20, 2004 the Housing and Redevelopment Director approved
Administrative Redevelopment Permit No. RP 03-18 for your property located at 539
Cartsbad Village Dr. The decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director is
subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The appeal period has elapsed and no appeals
were filed.
Attached is a copy of the approved permit authorizing retail and/or office uses on the
ground floor of your building. Thank you for completing the administrative
redevelopment permit process. We believe providing this additional clarification in your
land use permit will make the lease of the ground floor spaces much easier for future
tenants.
