FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (IF APPLICABLE) Page 1 of 2 The following findinas have been made in order to approve the Administrative Redevelopment Permit and Coastal Development Permit to convert an existing retail use to fast food restaurant and add an outdoor cafe on private property for Knockout Pizzeria Restaurant: 1. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is consistent with all applicable development standards and land use policies set forth within the Village Master Plan and Design Manual and Village Redevelopment Plan. 2. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is consistent with the certified local coastal program and the goals and objectives of the Coastal Commission for the portion of the Village Redevelopment Area which lies within the Coastal Zone Boundaries. 3. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is consistent with the policies, goals and action programs set forth within the Carlsbad General Plan. 4. The Housing & Redevelopment Director has determined that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines and will not have an adverse significant impact on the environmenL Page 2 of 2 V The following conditions have been approved for the subject project: 1.
