Date of Notice: July 2, 2004 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Redevelopment Director of the City of Carlsbad has made a final decision to APPROVE an Administrative Redevelopment Permit (RP 04-08) for a automated teller machine (ATM) located at 2907 State Street, which is located on the west side of State Street, south side of Grand Avenue. The assessor parcel number is 203-293-01. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the proposed project meets all applicable development standards and is consistent with the Village Master Plan and Design Manual. Therefore, the Director intends to approve the subject permit. The applicant for the redevelopment permit is Cash Flow, Inc. The permit will allow the applicant to install an ATM machine on the exterior wall, of the existing storage room, facing Grand Avenue west of the Alley Bar. The permit will also allow for the installation of an awning above the ATM and signage. There will be two (2) internally illuminated individual channel letter signs, one will be placed below the awning, above the ATM machine facing Grand Avenue, and the second sign will be place on the westerly wall facing the public parking lot. If you wish to appeal the decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director on this matter to the Design Review Board, you must tile a written appeal with the Housing and Redevelopment Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this decision/notice. The written appeal must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on July 12, 2004. Appeal forms are available at the Housing and Redevelopment Department located at 2965 Roosevelt Street, Suite B.
