FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (IF APPLICABLE) Page 1 of 2 The following findings have been made in order to approve the Administrative Redevelopment Permit for The Yoga Center: 1. Retail continuity will not be adversely affected by this use. The Yoga Studio location is on the second floor of the Village Faire Center, therefore, the specialty retail continuity required on the first floor is not disturbed. 2. Adequate parking is available on site. Per approved permit RP87-11, the Village Faire Center was approved at one (1) required parking space for every 250 gross floor area, requiring the center to have 321 parking spaces. A total of 324 parking spaces were provided. There is an excess of 3 parking spaces, therefore, there is adequate parking available on site for this permit's proposed uses. 3. The project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Ouaiity Act (CEQA) per Section 15301 (minor alteration of existing private structures) of the State CEQA Guidelines and will not have an adverse significant impact on the environment.
