Re: Sidewalk Sign Permit and Outdoor Display Permit Applications - Amie's
Antiques, 2825 State Street
Dear Amie:
Thank you for submitting a site plan for the relocation of your sidewalk sign and outdoor
display to your new location at 2825 State Street. There is one more thing that I need from
you in order to complete the process of you're a-frame sign and outdoor display relocation.
At this time, a sidewajk/freestanding sign permit application and an outdoor display permit
application need to be completed. Our office needs the required signatures and your new
location's property owner information on file before we can approve the a-frame sign and
outdoor display for your new location. The approved application on file has information on
your previous location and property owner. Please complete the enclosed two (2)
applications and return to my office. Our office has the site plan that you submitted, and we
have the approved size/dimension information on file for your previous location that you are
requesting to relocate to your new location. The only thing required at this time is the permit
applications.
I am enclosing a copy of the approved sidewalk sign and outdoor display permit applications
for your reference.
Once these items are received the sidewalk sign and outdoor display permits will be
approved. A copy of the approved permit will be forwarded to you for your records. If you
