Re: Approval of Outdoor Display Permit
Dear Ms. Dann:
Please be aware that the Outdoor Display Permit in your name has been moved back
to 2808 State Street in our records. The Outdoor Display Permit for 2808 State Street
allows you to retain your outdoor display for; 1) as long as the Housing and
Redevelopment Commission allows outdoor displays to remain, 2) as long as the
outdoor display continues to meet the standards outlined within the attached Outdoor
Business Display - Location and Deveiopment Criteria, and 3) as long as the outdoor
display is consistent with this permit approval. A valid Certificate of Insurance is
required for as long as the outcioor display continues to be placed within the public
right-of-way. Most importantly, vour outdoor display must be placed within the area
shown on the attached site plan in order to meet the Citv's requirements for outdoor
displays.
