SUBJECT: Lucid Sleep {RP04-25) - 785 Grand Avenue, Suite 100
On January 20, 2005 the Housing and Redevelopment Director conditionally
approved Administrative Redevelopment Permit No. RP 04-25 for property located at
785 Grand Avenue, Suite 100. The decision of the Housing and Redevelopment
Director is subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The appeal period has elapsed and
no appeals were filed.
Attached is a copy of the approved permit authorizing the proposed use. Please review
all conditions carefully. Violation of the conditions could result in revocation of this
permit.
Having completed the land use review process, you may now proceed with acquiring
the necessary building permit for tenant improvements. Please check with the Building
Department on the process for acquiring the necessary building permit(s).
