NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a special Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive,
Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 PM on Monday, June 26, 2006, to consider recommending
approval of a request for a Major Redevelopment Permit (RP 05-09), to allow the
construction of a mixed-use development project consisting of four (4) apartment units
and 1,500 square feet of commercial (retail/office) space on the property located at 3190
Roosevelt Street and (APN: 204-084-09) in Land Use District 5 of the Carlsbad Village
Redevelopment Area. The proposed project includes a request to participate in the
Parking In-Lieu Fee Program to satisfy a portion of the on-site parking requirement for a
maximum of one (1) parking space.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. If you have any questions or would like a copy of the staff report, please contact
Cliff Jones in the Housing and Redevelopment Department at (760) 434-2813. You may
also provide your comments in writing to the Housing and Redevelopment Department at
2965 Roosevelt Street, Suite B, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
