Dear James:
On April 17, 2006 the Housing and Redevelopment Director approved Administrative
Redevelopment Permit No. RP 06-04 and Coastal Development Permit No. CDP 06-12
for property located at 2971 Carlsbad Blvd. The decision of the Housing and
Redevelopment Director is subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The appeal period
has elapsed and no appeals were filed.
Attached Is a copy of the approved permit authorizing the change in use from retail to
restaurant. Please review all conditions carefully. Violation of the conditions could
result in revocation of this permit.
Having completed the land use review process, you may now proceed with the building
permit process. Please check with the Building Department for any questions related to
your tenant improvements.
