Dear Mr. O'Sullivan:
On February 22. 2010. the Housing and Redevelopment Director approved
Administrative Redevelopment Permit No. RP 06-07A for property located at 640 Grand
Avenue. The decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director is subject to a ten
(10) day appeal period. The appeal period has elapsed and no appeals were filed.
Attached is a copy of the approved permit authorizing the change in service hours of
alcohol on the outdoor patio. Please review all conditions carefully. Violation of the
conditions could result in revocation ofthis permit.

The application is complete as far as my review, however, should there be a need for
additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I enclose herewith my check payable to the City of Carlsbad Housing & Redevelopment
Department in the amount of $161.00 representing the Application fee.
Since I am close by, I will come down and ask conceming the amount of postage
required as I am not sure how many copies of this are sent to various other agencies.
