Re: Non-permitted Wall Sign
Dear Business Owner:
Staff recently noticed that in addition to the wall sign approved for Texas Wine and
Spirits in December 2007, a non-permitted wall sign has been added that faces the alley
to the rear of the business. Please be aware that prior to the installation of any
signage, an approved sign pemriit is required. Also, be aware that the Village
Redevelopment Area Sign Guidelines limit wall signs facing alleys to ten (10) square
feet and does not permit internally illuminated can or cabinet signs. I have attached the
sign permit application for your convenience. Please submit the necessary applications
within ten (10) days from the referenced date ofthis letter.
