Tills permit altows ttie applicant to provide a total of 12 tables and 32 seats inside tiie subject restaurant, and a total of 10 tables and 25 seats on ttie patio at ttie rear of ttie restaurant, and a maximum of 2 tabies and 4 seats outside tiie subject restaurant, wittiin ttie identified sidewalk area. 7. A clear area of at least five feet in widtti must be maintained to tlie building entries at all times. 8. Ttie approved sidewalk cafe must remain clear of tiie pedestrian waikway ttiat crosses State Street in front of ttie restaurant. 9. Acceptable furniture iias been approved as part of ttiis appiication. Tiiis furniture stiail not ctiange wittiout prior written approvai from tiie Housing and Redevelopment Director. 10.
