Dear Business Owner:
Staff has approved your sign permit for new signage and improvements to
Garcia's storefront. Part of that approval is based on the colors shown for the
proposed wall murals on the submitted specification sheets. We therefore
request that the murals maintain the muted colors shown in the specification
sheets when painted on Garcia's storefront.
