Dear Mr. Jachura:
The City of Carlsbad's Redevelopnnent Agency has completed the review and
processing of your application for an Administrative Pernfiit to allow tables and
chairs to be placed within the public right-of-way for use as a sidewalk cafe at
Senor Grubby's, 377 Carlsbad Village Drive. The permit has been approved.
The approved permit and portions of the approved plans are enclosed for your
records. A full size copy of the approved plans will be kept on file with the
Housing and Redevelopment Department. Please read all conditions carefully.
It is very important that you understand these conditions and that you comply
with them. Violation of the conditions could result in revocation of this permit.
