Dear Mr. Jethani:
On February 18, 2009 the Housing and Redevelopnnent Director conditionally
approved Administrative Redevelopment Permit No. RP 09-01 for property located at
2531 State Street, Suite D. The decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director
is subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The appeal period has elapsed and no
appeals were filed.
Attached is a copy of the approved permit with conditions authorizing a change in use
from "office" to "pawnshop." Please review all conditions carefully. Violation of the
conditions could result in revocation of this permit.
