Dear Signtech:
You submitted revised sign plans for sign permit RP 09-05 to our office in early April of
2009. We have reviewed the revised plans and found them in compliance with the
Village Sign Guidelines. Please be aware that the plans stamped with the approval
date of April 14, 2009 now serve as the approved plans for RP 09-05 and the above
referenced location.

Letter of Authorization for Signage
As part of the rebranding activities, the Retail Distribution Group has hired
Signtech to assist with the permitting and temporary signage Installation
activities at #1213 - Grand in Carlsbad, CA.
This letter serves as notice that Signtech has received approval for the
temporary brand book and Is authorized to submit for permit on behalf of
Chase at this bank owned location.
