Sign Permit for Ivanffy-Uhler Art Gallery, 565 Grand Avenue.
Debbie,
Ivanffy-Uhler Art Gallery is applying for a sign permit for a hanging sign. The
new sign they are using is actually the sign that was for the previous business.
Ginger Grayham Art Gallery, only repainted with the new business name. Our
sign criteria limit hanging signs to 4 square feet (this sign is 5 square feet).
However, since this is a repaint of an existing sign, can we approve it? I included
pictures of the old sign, so you can see that it is just a repaint of the old sign. In
the past we made an exception for the O'Ireland sign in this same set of shops
that was also over the hanging sign limit.
