Re: Sign Permit Application and Outdoor Display Application
Dear Mr. Awad:
As you are aware, you applied for both a Sign Permit and an Outdoor Display
Permit through the Redevelopment Department on May 19, 2009. After
reviewing the permit, staff sent a letter on May 26, 2009 requesting some
additional information for both applications. Our office has not received any
follow-up to the referenced letter. In order to avoid being referred to Code
Enforcement for not having a complete sign permit, please provide the
information requested. If you plan to continue pursuing the Outdoor Display
Permit, please provide the information requested. We appreciate your
cooperation in regards to these matters.

Re: Sign Permit Application and Outdoor Display Application
Dear Mr. Awad:
In reviewing the Sign Permit Application for Carlsbad Satellite and Wireless, staff
has found the application incomplete. In order to completely review your sign
permit for approval, our office needs the following information: 1) Please provide
a photo or drawing showing the proposed sign's location on the building front.
2) Please provide the dimensions of the proposed sign, including text size.
3) Please show the building street frontage for your business location on the
application. 4) Please complete the "Property Owner" section of the application
with appropriate information and signature. I have included a copy of your
incomplete application with this letter so you may turn it in with the necessary
revisions.
In reviewing the Outdoor Business Display Permit Application for Carlsbad
Satellite and Wireless, staff has found the application incomplete. Please
provide the following items in regards to your Outdoor Business Display Permit:
1) A photo or drawing of the proposed display. 2) A current Certificate of
Insurance, in the amount of $1 million, listing the City of Carlsbad as additionally
insured.
We appreciate your cooperation in resolving the missing items for these
applications. If you have any questions regarding the information contained in
