Re: Approval of Outdoor Business Display
Dear Mr. Holland:
Thank you for submitting your application for an Outdoor Display Pemiit. Having
received all required documents your application has been approved. Attached is a
copy of the approved Outdoor Display Permit for your records.
The attached pemiit allows you to retain the outdoor display for; 1) as long as the
Housing and Redevelopment Commission allows outdoor displays to remain, 2) as long
as the outdoor display continues to meet the standards outlined within the Carlsbad
Village Master Plan and Design Manual, and 3) as long as the outdoor display is
consistent with this pemnit approval. It is important to note that City staff will complete
an annual review of the outdoor display regulations to determine their continued
applicability. A valid Certificate of Insurance Is required for as long as the outdoor
display continues to be placed within the public right-of-way.
