Date of Notice: May 13, 2010 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Redevelopment Director of the City of Carlsbad intends to APPROVE an Administrative Redevelopment Permit (RP 09-48) for property located at 505 Oak Avenue #C (APN 204-010-16). The property is located on the south side of Oak Avenue, between State Street and Tyler Street. The applicant is requesting permission to operate a dog daycare at the above mentioned address. The Housing and Redevelopment Director has determined that the proposed project meets all applicable requirements and is consistent with the Village Master Plan and Design Manual. Therefore, the Director intends to approve the subject permit. The applicant for the Redevelopment Permit is Bruce Murray. The Housing and Neighborhood Services Department together with other appropriate City departments, have reviewed your application as to its completeness for processing. The application is incomplete, as submitted. The attached list includes information that must be submitted to complete your application. This list of items must be submitted directly to the Housing & Neighborhood Services Office. All list Items must be submitted simultaneously and a copy of this list must be included with your submittal. No processing of your application can occur until the application is determined to be complete. When all required materials are submitted to the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department, the City has an additional thirty (30) days to make a determination of completeness. If the application is determined to be complete, processing for a decision on the application will be initiated.
