Date of Notice: December 23, 2010 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director of the City of Carlsbad has made a final decision to APPROVE an Administrative Review Permit (RP 10-02) for property located at 1089 Carlsbad Village Drive (APN 203-320-31). The property is located on the south side of Carlsbad Village Drive just west of the Interstate 5 Freeway. The proposed project consists of an addition of 697 square feet to an existing structure. The Housing and Neighborhood Director has determined that the proposed project meets all applicable requirements and is consistent with the Village Master Plan and Design Manual. Therefore, the Director has approved the subject permit. The applicant for the Administrative Review Permit is Contel Project Management representing the property owner, Allahyari Family Trust. The permit will allow the addition of 697 square feet to the convenience store building. If you wish to appeal the decision of the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director on this matter to the Planning Commission, you must file a written appeal with the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this decision/notice. The written appeal must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2011.
