Dear Ms. Jacobson:
The City of Carlsbad's Redevelopment Agency has completed the review and
processing of your application for an Administrative Permit to allow tables and
chairs to be placed within the public right-of-way at Beach City Smoothies, 594
Carlsbad Village Drive. The permit has been approved. The approved permit is
enclosed for your records. A copy of the approved plans will be kept on file with
the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department. Please read all conditions
carefully. It is very important that you understand these conditions and that you
comply with them. Violation of the conditions could result in revocation of this
permit.
