Re: Approval of Outdoor Display Permit
Dear Ms. Galvan:
Thank you for submitting your application for an Outdoor Display Permit. Your
application has been approved. Attached is a copy of the approved permit for your
records. Please note, the approved permit allows an outdoor display as described in
the attached pemnit and depicted on the corresponding site plan.
The attached permit allows you to retain your outdoor display for; 1) as long as the
Housing and Redevelopment Commission allows outdoor displays to remain, 2) as long
as the outdoor display continues to meet the standards outlined within the attached
Outdoor Business Dispiay - Location and Deveiopment Criteria, and 3) as long as the
outdoor display is consistent with this permit approval. A valid Certificate of Insurance
is required for as long as the outdoor display continues to be placed within the public
right-of-way. Most importantlv. vour outdoor displav must be placed within the area
shown on the attached site plan in order to meet the Citv's requirements for outdoor
displays.
