Dear Austin,
I appreciate you working with me on the issue of the sign at 3150 Ocean Street. Per the
village master plan and design manual, signs facing Carlsbad Boulevard are to be no
more than 18 inches. As we discussed, the capital letters of the sign were the only letters
in question at 20". As per the invoice we have replaced the capital letters with the
appropriate 18" height.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to afford the change and the extra time in which
to implement the change during our roof repairs in order to keep the costs down.
