10. FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (IF APPLICABLE) Page 1 of 2
The following findings have been made in order to approve the Administrative Review Permit for
property located at 2995 State Street:
1. The Housing and Neighborhood Services Director has determined that the project is consistent
with the policies, goals and action programs set forth within the Carlsbad General Plan.
2. The Housing and Neighborhood Services Director has determined that the project Is consistent
with all applicable development standards and land use policies set forth within the Village
Master Plan and Design Manual.
3. The Housing and Neighborhood Services Director has determined that the project Is exempt from
the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15303 Class 3
of the State CEQA Guidelines as the project involves the conversion of an existing small
structure from one use to another where only minor modifications are made to the interior of the
structure.
