Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. Copies of the staff report will be available online at http://carlsbad.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php7view id=6 on or after the Friday prior to the hearing date.
