CARLSBAD, CA 92008 Re: Catch Restaurant (RP 11-14) Dear Mr. Pavagadhi: As you are aware, on October 26, 2011, the City Council conditionally approved Major Review Permit No. RP 11-14 and Coastal Development Permit No. COP 11-12 for property located at 660 Carlsbad Village Drive. I will be sending you a copy of the signed resolutions containing the conditions of approval. However, I wanted to remind you of some items that need to be addressed before you can receive your final building permit and pass final inspection. The items are listed below: 1. Paint/stripe the parking lots as shown on the site plan. The valet parking spaces do not need to be painted. 2. Paint "One Way" and arrows directing traffic toward Madison Street on the drive aisle of the north (rear) parking lot. 3. Install "One Way" signs on both sides of the driveway on Madison Street. 4. Reconstruct the 6" curb along the north property line as shown on the site plan. 5. Saw cut, remove and reconstruct the 6" adjacent to the trash enclosure as shown on the site plan. 6. Submit to the Housing and Neighborhood Services Department a reproducible 24" x 36", mylar copy of the site plan reflecting the conditions approved by the final decision making body.
