On January 9, 2012, the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director conditionally
approved Administrative Review Permit No. RP 11-33 for property located at 2801
Jefferson Street.
Attached is a copy ofthe approved permit with conditions authorizing the construction of
a 230 square foot addition for a medical office with certain conditions applied. Please
review all conditions the carefully. Violation of the conditions could result in revocation
of this permit. You may proceed to obtain the necessary building permits to construct
the addition.
