Dear Mr. Yelland:
On June 5, 2012, the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director conditionally
approved Administrative Review Permit No. RP 12-15 property located at 2812
Roosevelt Street. The decision of the Housing and Neighborhood Services Director is
subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The appeal period has elapsed and no appeals
were filed.
Attached is a copy of the approved permit with conditions authorizing the construction of
a restaurant. Please review all conditions carefully. Violation of the conditions could
result in revocation of this permit.
