I didn't know building expire before planning, I send email to building dept. to get extension too. As you know building design start 2015 all design base on CBC and IBC 2013 and all code change 2016 and effected 2017 change and I have to bring project per new code and all my engineer consultants they are so busy that cause more time vested, I submitted application and w/ this letter I submitted 2 set architectural plan, as you request I made change to retail height to 14 feet see section, please I need to have extension to finish the project, I am sure you are kind enough to understand our situation.
