Dear Shannon:
As you know, I need to get extension for planning dept. I didn't know building expire
before planning, I send email to building dept. to get extension too. As you know
building design start 2015 all design base on CBC and IBC 2013 and all code change
2016 and effected 2017 change and I have to bring project per new code and all my
engineer consultants they are so busy that cause more time vested, I submitted
application and w/ this letter I submitted 2 set architectural plan, as you request I made
change to retail height to 14 feet see section, please I need to have extension to finish
the project, I am sure you are kind enough to understand our situation.

Project explanation
The proposed architectural design a traditional and contemporary look while utilizing
form, material and color to stand out yet cohesively blend in with character of the
community. Proposed mixed use retail and garage at first floor, total retail area 1000
S.F. Garage are over 5039 S.F. with10 parking space included handicap space at
second floor unit one total of 2050 S.F. and 3 storage at third floor unit 3 and 4 w/ total
of 3393 S.F. conditioned area at fourth floor unit 4 w/ 2812 S.F. and exit stir wells and
elevator are total 1472 S.F. and deck area of 1401 S.F. 4 parking spaces through
parking in -lieu fee.
