will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue,
Carlsbad, Califomia, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 1982, to
consider ^proval of a business identification sign on property generally
located on the northwest corner of Elm and Jefferson, Carlsbad, California,
and more particularly described as:
