PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Rede- velopment Permit for a 15,334 square foot addition to an existing industrial building. Construction of the proposed project will re- quire approximately 1240 cubic yards of grading. The City of Carlsbad has con- ducted a^i environmental review of : the above described project pur- suant to the Guidelines for Imple- mentation of the California En- ' vironmental Quality Act and the ^ Environmental Protection Ordi- nance of the City of CarUbad. As a result of said review, a Negative Declaration (declaration that the project will not have a significant Impact on the environment) is hereby issued for the subject proj- ect. Justification for this action is on file in the Land Use Planning Office. A copy of the Negative Declara- tion with supportive documents is on file in the Land Use Planning Office, City Hell. 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, CA. 92008. Comments from the public are invited.
