yards of grading.
The City of Carlsbad has con-
ducted a^i environmental review of

suant to the Guidelines for Imple-

vironmental Quality Act and the ^
Environmental Protection Ordi-
nance of the City of CarUbad. As a
result of said review, a Negative
Declaration (declaration that the
project will not have a significant

hereby issued for the subject proj-
ect. Justification for this action is
on file in the Land Use Planning
Office.
A copy of the Negative Declara-
tion with supportive documents is
on file in the Land Use Planning
Office, City Hell. 1200 Elm Avenue,
Carlsbad, CA. 92008. Comments
from the public are invited. Please
submit comments in writing to the
Land Use Planning Office within
ten (10) days of date of issuance.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
Califomia, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 1983, to consider approval of a
major redevelopment permit for a 16,237 square-foot addition to an existing
industrial building on prc^rty generally located on the west side of t±e
intersection of Tyler Street and Walnut Avenue and more particularly described
as:
Lot 8 of Industrial Tract according to Map Nb. 1743
filed in San Diego County January 3, 1923.

NEGATIVE DECLARATION
PROJECT ADDRESS/LOCATION: West side of the intersection of Tyler
Street & Walnut Avenue, at 3305 Tyler Street.
PRQJECT DESCRIPTION: Redevelopment Pennit for a 15,334 square foot
addition to an existing industrial building. Construction of the
proposed project will require approximately 1240 cubic yards of
grading.
Hie City of Carlsbad has conducted an environmental review of the
above described project pursuant to tlie Guidelines for Implementation
of the California Environmental Quality Act and tlie Environmental
Protection Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad. As a result of said
review, a Negative Declaration (declaration that the project will not
have a significant impact on the environment) is hereby issued for tdie
