ofCarlsbad will hold a public hear-
ing at the City Council Chambers.
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Cali-
fornia, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
April 13,1983, to consider approval
of a Redevelopment Permit to re-
model the existing structure at 2940
State Street and more particularly
described as:
Lot 11 in Block 34 of Town Carls-
L O C ATIO :i
bad, according to Map No. 535, filed
in San Diego County May 2, 1888.
Excepting therefrom the south-
easterly three inehes of the south-
westerly eight feet.
Those persons wishing to speak
on this proposal are cordially in-
vited to attend the public hearing.
