Sir:
I own property at 2653 Roosevelt St. and 2717 Roosevelt St.
I object to the utilization of half of tbe above referenced property
facing Roosevelt Street being used as a auto repair, upholstery or
auto storage area.
Roosevelt Street between Grand and Laguna has been rapidly changing
to an office type usage and this would seriously impair the continu-
ation of this desirable trend.
There have been six new office buildings constructed within a block
of this site and this proposed usage does not seem compatible.
