hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 1983, to consider approval of an
import auto repair and upholstery shop on property generally located on 2586-
2598 State Street and more particularly described as:
