NOTICE OF OFFICE HEARING

RE: VIOLATION OF REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT
A request for an enforcement action has been forwarded to my office
by the Building and Planning Department. The matter has arisen
because of your failure to comply with the Building Department's
requests that the two businesses occupying office space at 3045
Roosevelt Street, Carlsbad vacate the space and that you cease this
additional business activity. Other businesses occupying space
previously designated and approved as Watchman's Quarters and
Stockroom is in violation of your Redevelopment Permit.
If at all possible, it is our policy to attempt to resolve these
types of problems in an informal manner. To that end an office
hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 1985 at 9:00
a.m. in the office of the Redevelopment Manager, located at 2965
Roosevelt Street, Carlsbad, California. You may be represented by
counsel and include witnesses if you so desire. Your failure to
attend this hearing may preclude the informal resolution of this
problem. That would leave this office with no alternative but to
file a criminal complaint against you. Therefore, if you find this
scheduled time inconvenient, please advise us and we will adjust it
accordingly. You may avoid the hearing by correcting the violation
before the hearing date. The correction must be verified by the
Building Department. To schedule an inspection please call Michael
Harrington at 438-5689.

Effective October 1st, 1983, the premises at 2995 State Street,
Carlsbad, California must be vacated unless construction has commenced
on your new building on Roosevelt Street.
There can be no extension of this notice.
