NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 1983, to consider approval
of a request for expansion ary3 redesign of the Big Bear Center on property
generally located on the south west corner of 1-5 and Elm Avenue and more
particularly described as:
A portion of Tract 115 of Carlsbad Lands according to Map
1661 (535, 775) filed in the Office of the County Recorder.
Those persons wishing to speak on this pro£X>sal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Land Use Planning
