published twice weekly in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, and which
newspaper is published for the dissemination of local news and intelligence of a general character, and
which newspaper at all times herein mentioned had and still has a bona fide subscription list of paying
subscribers, and which newspaper has been established and published at regular intervals in the said
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, for a period exceeding one year

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 1984, to consider approval
of a commercial resort, restaurant-motel, plus retail in addition to maintaining
existing restaurant use on property generally located at 2978 Carlsbad
Boulevard, Carlsbad and more particularly described as:
An undivided 328.75/1621 interest in Tract 96 of Carlsbad Lands, in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 1661, filed in tlie Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, March 1, 1915.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
