NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Jleview Board and the Planning Commission
of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearings at the City Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 5:30 p.m. and at 7:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, March 28, 1984, to consider aproval of construction of 66-unit
hotel, 132-unit time share condominiums, 10,300 square feet of retail shops and
4,900 square foot restaurant on property generally located on southwest corner
of Carlsbad Boulevard and Elm Avenue and more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract 97 of Carlsbad Lands, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map thereof No. 1661, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County; and all that portion of Blocks
14 and 15 of Town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to M^
thereof No. 535, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County.
