NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of^he City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 15, 1986, to consider approval
of a 2,328 square foot restaurant on property generally located on southwest
corner of Carlsbad Boulevard and Elm Avenue and more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract 97 of Carlsbad Lands, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map thereof No. 1661, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County; and all that portion of Blocks
14 and 15 of Town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No. 535, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Redevelopment
Office at 438-5593.
If you challenge the Redevelopment Permit in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad
at or prior to the public hearing.

The Planning Departinent has detennined that the environmental effects
of the project described below have already been considered in
conjunction m.th previously certified environmental documents and,
therefore, no additional environmental review will be required and a
notice of detennination will be filed.
