NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board and the Planning Commission
of the City of Carlsbad will hold public hearings at the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Califomia, on Wednesday, July 11, 1984. Ihe Design
Review Board will consider aproval of a Redevelopment Permit at 5:00 p.m. and
the Planning Commission will consider aproval of a Tentative Tract M^ and
Condominium Permit to subdivide an existing office building into a 24-unit non-
residential (office) condominium at 7:00 p.m. The subject prc^rty is generally
located on 2945 Harding Street and more particularly described as:
Parcel 1 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, as shown on Parcel Map No. 2568, recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County on April 19, 1974.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
